WHAT TRIGGERS THE RESPONSE,
“We’ll take it!” when it comes to a
home buying decision? A recent survey
suggests that the most important factor in a home
buying decision is the design of the home. With
that in mind, Leeman Homes of Charlottesville is
committed to incorporate “Life by design”, the
company’s philosophy of designing and building
homes to specific lifestyles. Leeman is not a small
builder seeking to be gigantic. But with an
experienced and highly skilled staff, Leeman brings
great expertise to the marketplace and a complete
commitment to customer satisfaction with houses
of unusual quality and easy-to-live-in designs.
When Leeman Homes CEO, Andrew Lee, started
his new business in January 2007, he had done his
homework.
“Before we built a single home, we established the
infrastructure of the company,” Andrew said from
his office at 941 Glenwood Station. “We hired a
nationally recognized architectural firm, we
assembled a staff of experienced professionals, we
arranged for financing and only then did we start
building homes.”
Andrew Lee has worked with both local and
national builders during his 16 years in the
construction business.
“Having worked with both local and national
companies puts us in a position to build homes a
better way,” Andrew emphasized. “And that is to
concentrate on the designs that will fit the
homeowner’s lifestyle.”
Leeman Homes began work in a beautiful section
of Spring Creek, contiguous to the golf course.
“Spring Creek represents a rare opportunity to
own a home on one of America’s greatest semiprivate
golf courses,” said Tom Seeley of Real Estate
III, Director of Sales and Marketing for Leeman
Homes. “We chose to partner with the developers of
Spring Creek because it was clear they desired to
share in the Leeman Homes philosophy of ‘Life by
design’.”
The new Leeman Homes at Spring Creek were
selected to meet the unique lifestyles of empty
nesters. Yet, the homes are so inviting that families
are also buying.
“We have designed these homes for main level
living,” noted Andrew Lee. “These are the only single family, detached homes in Spring Creek to
offer an exterior maintenance package, including
taking care of most of the exterior yard work as well
as snow removal.”
Cementitious fiber siding along with brick or
masonry exteriors adds to the low maintenance
lifestyle offered by Leeman Homes in Spring Creek.
Leeman Homes has several new homes underway
at Spring Creek, starting in the mid-$300,000
range. A completely finished home on Lot 16 is
offered at $364,900 and another home underway on
Lot 19 is scheduled for May completion and is
priced at $399,950.
“In spite of what many people hear about real
estate and new construction, we are very well
positioned in the market,” Andrew acknowledged.
“We don’t have the burden of a massive inventory
and we are comfortable with our products and
designs for easy living and low maintenance
lifestyles.”
There is a Model Home on Lot 11 at the entrance
to their section where homebuyers can see the
quality and designs offered by Leeman Homes. The
Model Home is open from Thursday through
Monday each week from 11 AM till 6 PM and by
appointment at other times.
