Our Selection Center. This is where it all comes together.

Once you receive your signed contract back, our new home counselor will contact you to schedule your selection appointment. All selections are done at our selection center located in the model home. This is what you’ve been waiting for—when your vision of a new home comes to life!

Directions to our selection center are posted on our web site. Please keep in mind that our staff works very diligently to ensure your positive new home building experience.  In order to maintain their high level of energy and professionalism, they too require downtime to spend with their own family and friends.  As such, we require that all selection appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between the normal working hours of 8:00am till 5:00 pm.  Additionally, our staff is very kid friendly and we are all parents too.  It is because of our affection for kids that we ask that you make outside arrangements for your children during your scheduled appointment times.  We do not have the accommodations in our selection area to occupy your children during your visit, and this is so you can focus on some very important decisions for your new home. And, of course, while personalizing your new home is tremendous fun for you, in our experience it’s agony for the kids!
