Financing your new home.

Please remember that within seven (7) days after we ratify the contract, we ask you to begin the application process with a qualified lender. Once you are approved by the lender we ask that you send us a copy of the approval. If you are not using a lending institution to purchase the home, we ask that you provide us evidence of your ability to perform within 5 business days of ratifying the contract. We ask this so that we may comfortably move forward in beginning the construction of your new home.

Leeman Homes has formed a partnership with Ensign Mortgage and C&F Mortgage Corporation. We searched high and low to find partners who share our values and will treat our customers as we would. These lenders are familiar with our products and communities, giving you an additional helping hand throughout the process of purchasing your new home.
